pastel and candy colours

Hey Dolls!

Momentan bin ich total verrückt nach all den schönen pastellfarbenen Kleidungsstücken in den Läden. Ich hab schon so lange darauf gewartet, dass endlich mal etwas in dezenten Farben verkauft wird. Sonst gab es ja oftmals nur was in Neon oder anderen kreischenden Farben in den Läden zu kaufen, was mir persönlich nicht so sehr gefiel. Ich fand sie nicht sehr mädchenhaft und glamourös. Aber an diesen und vielen anderen Trends diesen Frühling/Sommer kann ich mich echt gut anfreunden und das Wichtigste ist, dass ich sie lange tragen werde. Auch weit über irgendeinen Trend hinaus! 

I'm totally crazy about the those pastels / ice-cream shades at the moment. I've waited for so long that all the shops are selling subtle coloured pieces! Otherwise all the shops were selling neons and really jazzy clothes, which I didn't really like and I thought they weren't that girly and glamourous enough. But I love this trend and many others this spring/summer. But the most important thing about it is, that I can wear them for a long time. Even beyond the end of those trends!

Den Pullover und die Kette habe ich mir vor kurzem bei Topshop bestellt. Ich hatte noch seit Weihnachten quasi einen "Gutschein" übrig und ich dachte, dass jetzt der perfekte Zeitpunkt wäre mein Geschenk einzulösen. :) Es hat sich wirklich gelohnt zu warten! 

Außerdem ist ja das neue Buch von Lauren Conrad erschienen und ich kann es kaum abwarten zu lesen. Die anderen Bücher waren schon klasse! :)

I've ordered the jumper and the necklace at Topshop not a long time ago. It was so funny... I still remembered I  had a voucher from last christmas and I thought it would be the best time to redeem it now. :) The long waiting was worth it!

Anyway I bought also Lauren Conrad's new book "The Fame Game". I cannot wait to read it and I'm so excited, because the other books I've already read before were amazing! :)

a quick trip to Hamburg

Hey Dolls!

Gestern bin ich mal wieder in Hamburg gewesen. Ich bin in letzter Zeit irgendwie oft dort aber ich liebe die Stadt einfach. 

Es gibt so viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man kann immer was Neues entdecken. :) Trotz allem war es ein wunderschöner Tag und ich hatte so viel Spaß, wie schon lange nicht mehr!

Yesterday I've went to Hamburg again. I'm so often there lately. But I love this city so much and it has loads of shopping possibilities. :) Anyway, it was a great day and I had so much fun with taking photos, shopping, having a break at Starbucks (again) and walking trough all these beautiful alleys.

Es war etwas stressig durch die Straßen zu laufen, da es einfach überfüllt war. Lag wahrscheinlich daran, dass bei uns die Ferien begonnen haben. 

Ich war auch etwas erschrocken darüber, wie unhöflich und grob Leute beim Shoppen sein können. Jedes Mal wenn ich zu Zara gehe liegen normalerweise die Kleidungsstücke immer ordentlich auf den Tischen und man hat einen super Überblick. Nur dieses Mal war's natürlich anders. Es war alles zerwühlt und lag zum Teil auf dem Boden. Aber das Beste war, dass mich andere Frauen, die dort einkauften zum Teil total böse angeguckt haben und komische Geräusche von sich gaben nur, weil ich an dem selben Teil auch Interesse hatte. :'D

Manchmal sehe ich auch welche, die sich dann von ein und demselben Kleidungsstück gleich vier verschiedene Größen mitnehmen!? Versteh ich nicht so ganz, aber na gut! 

Wahrt ihr auch schon einmal in solch einer komischen Situation?

It's was a bit stressful to walk trough the streets, because it was overcrowded with people from literally everywhere. I think it's because the holiday started. 

Nevertheless i went in so many stores and I was astonished how rude people could be. Everytime when I went to e.g. Zara the clothes lay neat on their table but this time everything was rumpled. But the best thing was, that the women scowled at me and started to grunt only because I'm looking for the same pair of trousers, which they're looking for also. Do you were in such a situation anytime as well? 

Als ich dann zurück zum Stadtzentrum wollte sah ich so viele tolle aber leider teuere Wagen an mir vorbeifahren. Zum Teil rannten sogar welche mit Kamera denen hinterher. Okay, das fand ich aber wirklich etwas übertrieben! Aber dennoch einfach: WOW! 

Ich bin aber zu sehr "Mädchen", um von Autos besessen zu sein. Das ist eher Männersache und das ist auch gut so. :'D Aber ich würde dennoch mal gerne einen Tag mit einem dieser zwei Wagen fahren. 

When I walked back to the city centre I saw so many amazing but expensive cars passing by. Wow! 

I saw also some boys running after them with their cellphone. A little bit strange! haha :D

Well, I'm too girly to be obsessed with cars, in my opinion it's more a man's thing, but I would love to take a ride in a those. 

Pause im Starbucks. Es tat so gut an so einem warmen und langen Tag einen kalten Caramel Cream zu trinken. Lecker!

pure perfection

Hey Dolls!

Letztes Wochenende habe ich was bei Zara bestellt und heute ist es endlich angekommen. :) Ich wollte unbedingt ein neues Paar schlichte Pumps und ich fand diese einfach perfekt! Sie sind super bequem, zeitlos und chic, waren nicht mal all zu teuer und sind aus echtem Leder. Ich denke, dass sie einfach ein Muss in jedem Kleiderschrank einer Frau sind! 

I've ordered something from Zara last weekend and it finally arrived. :) I wanted plain black pointed toe heels so I thought that this pair would be perfect! They're really comfy, timeless and chic, much cheaper than the other one's and they're made of real leather. I think, it's an essential fashion piece, which should be in every girl's wardrobe! 

Während ich nach Basics im Online-Shop von Zara gesucht habe ist mir diese Tasche sofort aufgefallen. Ich liebe sie! :D

Es wird definitiv einer meiner Lieblingsstücke diesen Sommer! Passt zu allem, sieht feminin aus und ist ziemlich geräumig. Toll und einzigartig sind auch vor allem die rose-goldenen Details.

This bag caught my eye, while searching for some good basics in the online-shop. It will be definitely one of my favourite pieces this summer! I think it goes with literally everything and it's big... even if it looks small in the pictures! :') The unique rose-gold details makes the bag even more feminine looking. 

So nun werde ich mit meiner Freundin Abendessen gehen. :) Mal sehen, wo es hingeht!

So now I will go for dinner with a good friend. :) Let's see where we want to eat!

busy busy

Hey Dolls!

Uff! Was für ein Start in die Woche.. Ich bin so gut wie den ganzen Tag mit lernen beschäftigt. Okay, das einzig Gute an dem Ganzen ist, dass es so ein schönes Wetter ist, dass ich mich draußen am Hafen mit meinem riesen Bücherhaufen hinsetzen kann, um zu lernen aber ich hab langsam echt keine Lust mehr. :(

Bald steht mein Abi an und ich bin gerade dabei auch in Verbindung damit, meine nähere Zukunft zu planen. Irgendwie ist es ein seltsames Gefühl zu wissen, dass die Schule bald kein Bestandteil meines Lebens mehr sein wird. 

Ich bin auch am hin und her überlegen, ob ich nach meinem Abschluss zurück nach England ziehen werde.. Mal sehen! :)

Phew! What a start into this week.. I'm so busy and I literally have to learn the whole day. Well, I'm happy that the weather is good so I can learn nearby the harbour.. 

Soon graduation is coming and I also have to organize some things for my nearer future. It's such a weird feeling to know that school is soon over. :/ I'm also thinking about going back to England but I'm not sure yet. :') Let's see..

Gestern habe ich dann noch meine Lieblingsfoundation von Mac gekauft. Es ist das Studio Fix Fluid und es hat wirklich eine tolle Deckkraft. Ich würde es schon als die beste Foundation bezeichnen, die ich bis jetzt so getestet habe und ich kann sie auch definitiv weiterempfehlen. :) Ich hab mir dann noch einen Lippenstift gekauft, der mir gleich ins Auge fiel. "Hue" ist ein wirklich perfektes Nude. Perfekt für den Frühling! :)

Yesterday I've bought my favorite foundation by Mac. It's the Studio Fix Fluid and it has such a great coverage. It's the best foundation I've tried so far and I really can recommend it. :) Nevertheless I've also bought a new lipstick. This one caught my eye and I had to buy it. It's  Mac Hue and it's such a nice and gentle nude colour. Perfect for spring!

Hey Dolls!

Heute war der bisher wärmste und sonnigste Tag des Jahres. Ich hab gleich mal meine Shorts, die ich vor kurzem bei Zara gekauft habe, ausgepackt und angezogen. :) Es ist ein unbeschreiblich schönes Gefühl weniger Schichten und dünne und luftige Kleidungsstücke zu tragen. Für mich ist jetzt wirklich offiziell der Winter um!

Today was the warmest and sunniest day so far. I've worn my crochet shorts, which I bought from Zara not a long time ago. It was so nice to know that you can wear clothes of a light material and the most important thing, you do not have to layer! :) I think I can say that in my opinion, winter is over now!

Ich hab mir heute die neue Glamour gekauft aber ich bin etwas enttäuscht. Ich war und bin kein Fan dieser "Glamour Shopping Week" und die "neusten Trends", die in der Zeitschrift vorgestellt wurden, waren mir schon vor einem halben Jahr bekannt. :(

Aber ein Artikel war wirklich klasse, nämlich das Interview mit Giorgio Armani! :)

I've bought the new Glamour magazine but I was a little bit disappointed. I'm not a big fan of the "Glamour Shopping Week" (you can get many discounts in some shops but it doesn't really pay off or the shops are not my taste). The other big thing was, that they presented trends, which I've still known for more than a half year. :( That's often the reason, why I don't really like german magazines. 

But I have to say that one article caught my eye: an interview with Giorgio Armani! :) AMAZING!

Hey Dolls!

Danke, für all die lieben Kommentare zum letzten Post. Ihr habt mir alle ein Lächeln auf's Gesicht gezaubert! :)

Nichtsdestotrotz habe ich heute mal den Tag genutzt, um mit Freunden im Park ein bisschen Zeit zu verbringen, gemeinsam zu lachen, Eis zu essen und einfach meine Seele baumeln zu lassen...

Das Wetter war zwar super schön aber der Mantel musste trotzdem noch getragen werden. Ich wünschte ich könnte schon ohne Mantel, draußen so rumlaufen. :( 

Thank You for all these lovely comments below my last post. Everyone of you made me smile! :)

Nonetheless I went with some friends to a cute little park nearby and we spend such a great time together. It was so funny and we laughed a lot, ate some ice cream in a cafe and it was a good opportunity to leave all my cares behind....

The weather was very nice but I still have to wear my coat... I wish I could wear my outfit (as you can see below) without it. :(

pink skirt

Hey Dolls!

Ich liebe es wegzufahren und alles hinter sich zu lassen. Einfach nicht mehr am selben Ort zu sein, ist für mich eine Art Befreiung... Gestern war ich in Hamburg und ich hatte so viel Zeit zum shoppen und neue Ecken der Stadt zu entdecken. Es gibt nichts besseres! :)

I love to go away on a trip to leave all the troubles and the daily routine behind. It's a kind of release for me to be just at an other place... Yesterday I went to Hamburg and I had a lot of time for shopping and discovering new areas and districts of the city this time. There's nothing better than this! :)

Ich war diesmal auch bei Weekday und Monki. Wobei ich einige schöne Teile bei Monki gefunden habe, u.a.  den pinken Rock, den ich heute in meinem Outfit getragen habe. Die Kleidungsstücke waren alle so bunt und sehr ausgefallen. Wirklich toll! :)

This time I visited Weekday and Monki. I found some very nice clothes. They were all so colorful and edgy. Just AMAZING! I wore today one of these skirts I've bought at Monki. :)

Am Ende haben wir dann noch eine Pause bei Starbucks eingelegt. Ich liebe es dort Chai Latte zu trinken und einen Double Chocolate Muffin zu essen. :)

Finally we had a break at Starbucks. I love to drink Chai Latte, while eating a delicious Double Chocolate Muffin. :)
